Sterling Silver handmade Bracelet with illustrations of a ship, a compass and an mermaid with enamel over them in lovely deep blues and greens with a touch of gold lustre.  Textured and bobbled  moveable silver loops decorate the bracelet too as well as a lettered band containing a TS Eliot fragment reading ' I have seen them riding seaward on the waves'
This is an open bangle- in that it can fit any wrist size and the band isnt joined/closed- in a smaller size. Once on it can be pressed/shaped to fit. Small clusters of silver attached to the band hold the motifs, loops and lettering in place around about a third of the bangle. Further bobbly clusters on the ends of the piece add to the anchoring and make the ends smooth and comfortable for taking on and off- as well as balancing the piece.
