A Sterling Silver necklace with engraved Galleon,  Compass  and  Anchor motifs in layered translucent enamel in hand built silver frames. The  illustrations have been enameled in mostly mid blue/sea greens- with a bit of gold lustre too. There is a grey blue  Aquamarine and a Larimar, as well as hammered loops, surrounding the central piece, which is able to slide along the chain to the two anchored points of the Compass motif and the Anchor motif. 
 
 I have long worked with versions of the ship motif and they represent many things to me.
The chain is light but very dense, tightly woven and strong. The necklace closes with a bolt ring and has a full length of 52cm that is adjustable to 48.5 cm closing on a second loop
