A Sterling Silver necklace with engraved Galleon and layered translucent enamel in a hand built silver frame.
The frame measures 2.3 cm by 1.2cm, in a longer shape and is enameled with rich blues and the ship is silhouetted against this. The enamelled section is 2cm x 1cm. I have long worked with versions of the ship motif and they represent many things to me. There are two small Aquamarines on either side.
The chain is narrow but dense and strong. The necklace closes with a bolt ring and has a longer length of 60cm that is adjustable to 52.5 cm to wear with different necklines.
